Tournament name: SSDC \u2014 2025 Candidates Tournament (SSDCT\u201925).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1.1. <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ssdct-logo.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logo<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of this tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. Tournament status: official first category tournament (fourth category qualifying), determining the opponent of the current absolute champion in sports dots in the title match.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.2. Rating: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/rating-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSDC<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (in the<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/rating-classic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"classic dots<\/a><\/span>&#187; ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. Tournament Venue: Remote Tournament. Held on the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/zagram.org\/index.ru.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zagram<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gaming application (hereinafter referred to as the \"Application\"). The backup playground is the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bbs.ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BBS<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gaming application (hereinafter referred to as \"Application 2\").<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. Tournament dates: December 1-7, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. Tournament organizer: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/ssdc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sevastopol Sports Dots Club<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (hereinafter referred to as the Club).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5.1. Arbitrators: Alexander Parfenov (in the Application - Volunteer, Telegram - @mr_volunteer), Igor Voynov (in the Application - ZBAGOYNIY MASTER, Telegram - @TimeHunter).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.5.2. Feedback with the organizer (arbitrators) \u2013 the Club\u2019s online <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/postid\/189\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reception<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tens\u016b<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum), the Application chat, Telegram.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6. Rewards: virtual (added to the player\u2019s personal profile).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6.1. All players, regardless of their place, receive a participant badge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7. Prize fund: 7000 (seven thousand) rubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7.1. Sponsor: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/web-artel.ru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Web-Artel<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7.2. Prize distribution:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First place \u2013 2500 (two thousand five hundred) rubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second place \u2013 2000 (two thousand) rubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third place \u2013 1500 (one thousand five hundred) rubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fourth place \u2013 1000 (one thousand) rubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7.2.1. The player's prize money is reduced by 20% for each final technical defeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7.3. Prize payment procedure: funds are transferred via the SBP payment system, to an international debit card of a Russian bank, or to a Mir debit card (other options are discussed on an individual basis and are not guaranteed). The organizer is under no obligation to reimburse payment system fees, including for multiple conversions that may be required to transfer funds using a method convenient for the participant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.7.4. Payment details must be provided to the arbiter via a private message in the App or messenger. Failure to provide payment details within 10 days of the tournament's conclusion will result in the prize being denied.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>2. Conditions of participation and registration procedure<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. A candidate for participation in the tournament must have a registered player profile in the Application (guest profiles are not allowed), as well as a user profile on the Forum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.1. The current absolute champion in sports dots cannot participate in the tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2. Verification: mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2.1. Candidates included in the Club's <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/verified\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">registry<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of verified players are admitted freely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2.2. Other candidates must complete the verification process in accordance with the Club's established <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/postid\/194\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rules<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">before the tournament registration deadline. Otherwise, their application will be rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3. Number of participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3.1. Main part: 6 (maximum), 4 (minimum).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3.2. Qualification: 8 (maximum), 4 (minimum).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4. Registration: online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4.1. To submit an application, you must leave a comment in the appropriate <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/postid\/982\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">topic<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">created on the Forum, stating \u201cI apply,\u201d indicating your real name, if it is not obvious from your nickname on the Forum, as well as your profile name (nickname) in the Application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4.2. By submitting an application, the candidate confirms that he\/she has read the regulations and understands and accepts all the rules and requirements set forth therein.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4.3. Applications will be accepted from 00:00 on November 16 until 23:59 on November 29, 2025 (Moscow time).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4.4. You can withdraw your application before the registration period ends. To do so, leave a comment in this thread stating \"Withdrawing application.\" Resubmitting your application after this is not permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4.5. The final list of participants is published on the tournament page.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>3. Tournament formula<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. Tournament formula: qualification and main part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.1. Qualification: Playoffs (excluding a final or third-place match) with the number of stages depending on the number of candidates. All stages are played in best-of-three series (the parties colors change after each game in the series). If a game in a series is tied, that game is replayed until the first win, according to the settings specified in paragraph 3.3.1.2 (the parties colors remain the same as in the tied game). Regardless of the number of replays, a win in one of them counts as a win in the series.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.2. Main part: Round-robin tournament. Two rounds: the first is full (all participants), the second is partial (players who finished in the top four places in the first round). Points scored in the first and second rounds, if a player participated in both, are added together. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. To determine placement in the event of a tie, the results of head-to-head matches are first taken into account, then the number of wins. In the event of a tie based on additional criteria, rematches are held according to the settings specified in paragraph 3.3.2.2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.3. The player who scores the most points at the end of the tournament becomes the winner and receives priority rights to participate in the 2025 Championship Match.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. Rules of the game: <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSDC<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. Game settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.1. Qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.1.1. Basic: board size - 39x32, initial amount of time - 10 minutes, amount of time added after each move - 0 seconds, time per move - 20 seconds, no territory, instant win when one wins by - no limits, starting position - X in the center, who starts - the opponent, options - no undo, no time addition, type of a game - rating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.1.2. Replays: board size - 39x32, initial amount of time - 5 minutes, amount of time added after each move - 0 seconds, time per move - 10 seconds, no territory, instant win when one wins by - no limits, starting position - 4X random, who starts - opponent, options - no undo, no time addition, type of a game - rating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.2. Main part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.2.1. Basic: board size - 39x32, initial amount of time - 20 minutes, amount of time added after each move - 0 seconds, time per move - 30 seconds, no territory, instant win when one wins by - no limits, starting position - X in the center, who starts - the opponent, options - no undo, no time addition, type of a game - rating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3.2.2. Replays: board size - 39x32, initial amount of time - 10 minutes, amount of time added after each move - 0 seconds, time per move - 15 seconds, no territory, instant win when one wins by - no limits, starting position - 4X random, who starts - opponent, options - no undo, no time addition, type of a game - rating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4. Seeding, qualification draw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.1. Upon completion of registration, the four candidates with the highest scores will be selected from all submitted applications, namely (in descending order of importance): sports title, SSDC rating in the \"classic dots\" category (without distinction between the rating list and archive). In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the first submitted application (candidates without an SSDC rating are ranked similarly). These four candidates advance directly to the main part, while the remaining candidates proceed to the qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.2. Candidates who have reached the qualifying stage are ranked similarly, after which the eight with the highest scores are selected (the remaining applications are eliminated). A numbered list is then compiled, with the participant with the highest scores assigned number one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.2.1. If the number of selection participants is not a power of two, then it is supplemented to the nearest ascending number that is such a power by empty positions (the resulting number determines the initial stage of qualification).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.2.2. In a numbered list, empty positions are placed after all candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.3. Pairings of players at all stages of the qualification are determined identically: the first player on the numbered list plays the last player, the second player plays the second-to-last player, and so on. If a player is assigned to an empty position, they advance to the next stage without a draw. After each stage, eliminated players are removed from the numbered list; the relative positions of the remaining players remain unchanged and are used for the draw for the next stage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4.4. Two finalists from the qualification will advance to the main part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.5. If seven or fewer applications are submitted during registration, no qualification round will be held. In this case, the six candidates with the highest seedings will advance directly to the main part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.5.1. If the number of applications for participation in the tournament is less than four, the tournament will be cancelled, and the current absolute champion in sports dots will retain his title without a match.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>4. Schedule of games, order of conduct<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Qualification: December 1-2, 2025. Moscow time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First stage: December 1, 2025, 21:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second stage: December 2, 2025, 21:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.1. The actual number of stages depends on the number of qualifying participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.2. The schedule listing the pairings for the first stage will be published after registration closes as Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations. It will be updated after the completion of each qualifying stage. The blue color in the first game of a given series is assigned to the player with the lower SSDC rating (in the \"classic dots\" category) or, if the rating is tied, to the player with the lower win percentage. If one player lacks statistics, that player will be the winner. If neither player has statistics, the player who applied for participation first will be the first to sign up. The name of the player playing blue in the first game is listed first in the pairing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.3. The start times of the stages specified in paragraph 4.1 of these Regulations are scheduled. Players whose next opponent is known may begin the upcoming series early, but must agree on a date and time with the arbiter. Games played in the absence of an arbiter will not be counted. If a series is not fully or partially played early, it will begin (resumed) at the scheduled time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.4. Postponing stages to a later time than planned is not possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.5. The duration of the break between games in a series (including replays of ties) must not exceed 10 minutes if the series is played at the scheduled time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Main part: December 3-7, 2025. Moscow time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First round: December 3-7, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First tour: December 3, 2025, 21:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second tour: December 4, 2025, 21:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third tour: December 5, 2025, 21:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fourth tour: December 6, 2025, 18:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fifth tour: December 6, 2025, 20:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Replays for the final places: December 6, 2024, 22:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second round: December 7, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sixth tour: December 7, 2025, 16:00<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seventh tour: December 7, 2025, 18:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eighth tour: December 7, 2025, 20:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Replays for the final places: December 7, 2025, 22:00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.1. If fewer than two qualifying stages are required, the first and\/or second tours of the main part will be rescheduled for the available days\u2014one round per day (21:00). The entire schedule will be shifted accordingly, and the number of tours scheduled for December 7 will be reduced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.2. The schedule for the first round, specifying the pairings of players for each tour, will be published after registration as Appendix No. 2 to these Regulations. The blue color in a given game is assigned to the player with the lower SSDC rating at the time of registration (in the \"classic dots\" category), or, in the case of an equal rating, to the player with the lower win percentage. If one of the players lacks statistics, that player is assigned to that player. If neither player has statistics, the player who applied for participation first is assigned to the player who has blue in the first game. The color is determined similarly in the event of a replay for the final place (any match).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.3. The schedule for the second round, indicating the pairings of players for each tour, will be published after the end of the first round as an addendum to the aforementioned appendix to the Regulations. The player who plays blue in a given game is the player who played red against the same opponent in the first round; their name will be listed first in the pairing on the schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.4. The tour start times specified in paragraph 4.2 of these Regulations are scheduled. Players may play any upcoming game early, but must agree on a date and time with the arbiter. A game played without an arbiter will not be counted.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.5. It is not possible to reschedule tours or individual parties to a later time than planned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.6. The start time of the replays for the final places, specified in paragraph 4.2 of these Regulations, is planned and may be moved by the referee to a later date for conducting replays in accordance with paragraph 4.5 of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. A player participating in the relevant tour (stage) must arrive at the start time using the profile specified during pre-registration and challenge an opponent (accept the challenge) in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1. The calling side is the reds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2. The player awaiting a challenge must disable \"busy\" mode and ensure that they have not enabled the ignore option. The challenger must find the opponent in the list, click on their nickname, then set the game settings in the challenge window as specified in Section 3.3 of these Regulations and send the challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3. The arbitrator shall check each game that has started for compliance with the requirements of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3.1. If there are no violations, the referee sends a confirmation in the form of a \u201cplus\u201d symbol to the game chat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3.2. If the players start the game early, or make a color or settings error, the arbiter requires the game to be restarted (this is not considered a replay).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3.2.1. If the players ignore the arbiter's request and continue the game, they will be awarded a mutual technical defeat in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 4.4.3 of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.4. If, within one minute from the moment the arbiter confirms the game, none of the players publicly declares their disagreement with considering it a tournament game, it is considered as such and no further claims on this matter will be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.5. Players are prohibited from blocking the referee's game chat. Violators of this rule will receive a technical defeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.6. A game is considered to have taken place when the Application has automatically recorded a victory for one of the parties or a draw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.7. The results of all games are recorded by the referee.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4. In the event of a no-show, the player is awarded a technical defeat. A no-show is defined as a situation where the challenging player fails to issue a challenge or the challenged player fails to accept it within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time of the game.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.1. A player whose opponent does not send or accept a challenge must notify the arbiter of this within the first three minutes from the scheduled start time of the given game.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.2. If both players are in the Application but the game does not start, and the players accuse each other of failing to comply with Section 4.2 of these Regulations, the arbiter will immediately order a replay. Before the replay, the challenging player must contact the arbiter via video call and show the screen of the device used for the game so that the arbiter can verify that the player has indeed made the challenge. Failure to make such a call will result in a technical defeat for the challenging player.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.3. If both players are absent from the Application, then 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their game, both players are awarded a technical defeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4. If a player arrives at the start of a game but the arbiter is not present, the player must confirm this fact in the general chat of the App no \u200b\u200blater than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After these 15 minutes, the player has the right to leave the App. A game started in the absence of an arbiter will not be counted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4.1. If both players fulfill the requirement specified in paragraph 4.4.4 of these Regulations, the game is postponed to a subsequent day of the tournament. The specific date and time are agreed upon by the players and the arbiter, with the arbiter's final decision. The scheduled time of other games must not be postponed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4.2. If the requirement specified in paragraph 4.4.4 of these Regulations is fulfilled by only one player, his opponent is awarded a technical defeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4.3. If neither player has fulfilled the requirement specified in paragraph 4.4.4 of these Regulations, both players shall be awarded a technical defeat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4.4. If, by the time the referee arrives, the general chat of the Application has been updated and it is no longer possible to verify the players' compliance with the requirement specified in paragraph 4.4.4 of these Regulations, the situation is interpreted in the context of the priority of the sporting principle \u2013 a replay is ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5. It is permitted to replay individual games whose results were recorded during the tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1. If a game is not finished (incorrectly finished) due to obvious and objectively verifiable technical problems in the Application, the arbiter will annul it and immediately order a replay with the same colors and settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1.1. If an immediate replay is not possible, the game is replayed on a subsequent day of the tournament. The specific date and time of the replay are determined by the arbiter, taking into account the players' opinions. The scheduled game times must not be shifted. If the players (or one of them) are clearly delaying the agreement process, the arbiter will set the date and time independently, notifying the players of their decision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1.2. Technical problems that are recorded by a majority of App users, including the arbiter, at a given time are considered objectively verifiable. Furthermore, a player who experiences individual problems accessing the App (authorizing) immediately before the start of a game is entitled to a replay if, within the 15 minutes allotted for starting the game, they prove the existence of the problem to the arbiter in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 4.3.2 of these Regulations. If the arbiter is not logged into the App and\/or is not available via messenger at this time, the situation is determined in the player's favor, and a replay is ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1.3. Problems with the internet connection and\/or players' equipment, whatever their cause, are not grounds for a replay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.1.4. If the replay stipulated by paragraph 4.5.1 of these Regulations cannot be held in Application, the arbitrator has the right to transfer it to Application 2. The date, time, nicknames, and procedure will be determined individually, taking into account the players' opinions. If the players (or one of them) are clearly delaying the approval process, the arbitrator will make a decision independently, notifying the players of his or her decision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2. Games in the main part that ended in a mutual technical defeat due to the absence of both opponents may be replayed before the end of the corresponding round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.1. If both players notify the referee in advance that they will not show up for the game at the scheduled time in order to replay it later, the specific date and time of the replay will be determined by the referee, taking into account the players' opinions. However, if the players (or one of them) are clearly delaying the agreement process, the referee will set the date and time independently, notifying the players of his or her decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.2. If both players fail to notify the referee in advance of their absence, a replay is only possible with their explicit, mutual consent. The date and time of the replay are determined in a similar manner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.3. When replays are scheduled, the scheduled start time of the tours must not be shifted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.4. The initial result of the game after the replay is cancelled.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.5. The start of a round is considered to be the scheduled start time of the first tour of that round. The end is the time corresponding to 10 minutes elapsed since the end of the last game of the last tour of that round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.6. A replay is considered to have taken place within a round if it began before its end.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.7. A replay of a replay is permitted only in the event of technical problems specified in paragraph 4.5.1 of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5.2.8. Replays stipulated by clause 4.5 of these Regulations shall be conducted according to the settings specified in paragraphs 3.3.1.1 and 3.3.2.1 of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.6. In the event of a disconnection, the game time reserve of a player who has left the App continues to be used up. Once the reserve is exhausted, such a player is automatically assigned a loss. The opponent may pause the game and wait as long as they deem necessary, but not longer than the start of the next tour (stage).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.7. Including a pause during a game is not prohibited, but requires mutual consent from both players. The number of such pauses, as well as their duration, are determined independently by the players, but within the planned timeframe of the tour (stage). However, all responsibility for any consequences rests with them.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>5<b>. Rights and responsibilities<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.1. Obliged:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) ensure free and equal access to any information about the tournament necessary for participation in it as a player or spectator;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) admit to participation in the tournament all those who meet the requirements established by these Regulations and have correctly submitted an application;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) correctly apply penalty points when registering for the tournament, and also accrue them based on the results of the tournament, sending the relevant information to the Club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.2. Has the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) at its own discretion, determine the procedure for conducting the tournament specified in sections 1-4 of these Regulations, with the exception of the cases provided for in paragraph 5.1.3;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) cancel the tournament or postpone its dates without explanation, except in cases provided for in paragraph 5.1.3 of these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1.3. Has no right:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) cancel the tournament or postpone its date after the start date of the tournament specified in these Regulations (except in cases of force majeure specified in clause 7.1);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) make changes to these Regulations after the opening of registration, except in cases where an obvious technical error (typo) is discovered;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) to give preference (including moral preference) to any participants or to discriminate against them, to agree in advance on the results of games or in any other way to violate the sporting principle of determining winners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. Arbitrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.1. Obliged:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) strictly follow these Regulations during preparation for the tournament and its conduct;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) be polite and correct in communication with tournament participants and spectators;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) answer questions from tournament participants and spectators regarding the procedure for conducting the tournament;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) be able to use the functionality of the Application (however, he is not responsible for the technical functionality of the Application and is not obliged to monitor it);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) have the technical ability to contact a participant via video call during the tournament in the event of a controversial situation arising, as provided for in paragraphs 4.4.2 and 4.5.1.2 of these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">f) explain to tournament participants and spectators decisions related to replays of games, disqualification of participants and controversial situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.2. Has the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) declare the tournament void if the number of applications received is less than the minimum limit established in paragraph 2.3 of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) warn tournament participants who violate the Regulations, and also disqualify them for violating clause 5.3.3 of these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) make decisions on further actions in cases provided for in paragraph 4.5 of these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) if, during the course of the tournament, a controversial situation arises that is not directly described in these Regulations, consult with the directly interested participants and make a decision guided by common sense and the sporting principle of determining the winners;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2.3. Not entitled to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) to give preference (including moral preference) to any participants or to discriminate against them, to agree in advance on the results of games or in any other way to violate the sporting principle of determining winners;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) disqualify or otherwise punish tournament participants who do not violate these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) conceal (ignore) the fact of violations of these Regulations by tournament participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. Participant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.1. Obliged:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) know the provisions of these Regulations and be able to use the functionality of the Application;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) appear in the Application within the time period established by these Regulations for the stage of the tournament in which the participant is participating, and also promptly send (accept) an invitation to the game;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) have the technical ability to contact the referee via video call during the tournament in the event of a controversial situation arising, as provided for in paragraphs 4.4.2 and 4.5.1.2 of these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) comply with the ethical standards established in the gaming community and\/or declared by the organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.2. Has the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) register for the tournament if he\/she meets the requirements established by these Regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) use the Application chats for the purpose of communication, to obtain additional information about the tournament procedure, and to report technical problems or any violation of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) finish the performance at the tournament early, reporting this in the relevant Forum<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/postid\/54\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">topic<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (in this case, the results of the performance are recorded in the manner prescribed by paragraph 6.4 of these Regulations).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3.3. Not entitled to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) use a profile not specified in the application to participate in the tournament;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) transfer your game profile to another person during the tournament;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) during the game, use voluntary or involuntary help from other people (hints) or any technical and\/or software tools that provide an advantage over the opponent, directly facilitating the game process (threat control, deeper and faster enumeration of options, etc.);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) while observing the game of other players, suggest to them in the Application chats available to them the moves, tactics, strategy of the game, threats to dots (groups of dots), discuss positional advantages (weaknesses) and the quality of decisions made, hint at the presence of positive or negative development options in a specific game situation, and also report on missed opportunities during the game;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) agree with an opponent about the outcome of a game before it starts, lose without a fight at the request of third parties, or otherwise violate the sporting principle of determining winners;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">f) argue with the referee, put pressure on him, including by appealing to other participants and spectators, interfere in the decision-making process during the tournament, publicly challenge them in any way other than in the manner provided for in paragraph 6.6 of these Regulations.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>6. Penalties for violation of regulations<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1.1. No liability is incurred under these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2. Arbitrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2.1. No liability is incurred under these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. Participant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3.1. Any violation of paragraph 5.3.3 of these Regulations discovered during the tournament will result in immediate disqualification by the arbiter. If by this time the participant has achieved results that warrant any prizes (titles), such prizes (titles) will not be awarded (assigned).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3.2. For violation of clause 5.3.3 of these Regulations, discovered after the end of the tournament, the participant will be deprived of the titles received (prizes will not be confiscated).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.4. A player disqualified at any stage of the tournament for the reasons stipulated in paragraph 5.3.3 of these Regulations will not be replaced by any other tournament participants or other players. All opponents of the disqualified player who were scheduled to play them in the future will be awarded technical victories. If the disqualified player, at the time of disqualification, had secured a place entitling them to any compensation, the results of all players they had beaten (or defeated in previous stages) will be raised by one level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.5. For gross and\/or systematic violation of the provisions of paragraph 5.3.1 of these Regulations, the participant will be warned by the organizer. The consequences of the participant's ignoring this warning are determined by the organizer's internal rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Appeals against the actions and\/or decisions of the organizer (arbitrator) can be filed on the tournament <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/community\/postid\/54\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">page<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the Forum. While prizes may be awarded to the participant, the recorded tournament results are not subject to review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.6.1. When contacting the organizer (arbitrator) for clarification regarding any aspect of the tournament, the participant must understand that such communication is not considered personal, even if it occurs privately, and may therefore be made public with verbatim quotation if necessary to resolve any dispute (conflict) situation or protect reputation.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.7. When withdrawing from a tournament in the manner prescribed by paragraph \u201cc\u201d of clause 5.3.2 of these Regulations, a participant must keep in mind that penalty points are awarded for technical defeats in the manner prescribed by the Rules approved by the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tensu.ru\/en\/penalty-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Club<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>7. Force majeure<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. Force majeure, which is the basis for cancellation or postponement of the tournament as a whole or individual stages or games, may only be insurmountable technical problems in the Application that arise during the preparation period for the tournament or during the tournament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. Internet connection problems of individual tournament participants, even if caused by force majeure, are not considered force majeure.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus-square-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><b>8. Final provisions<\/b><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1. By submitting an application to participate in a tournament, the player consents to the organizer and referee publicly using their personal information, as entered into the verified player registry and personal profile, as well as their nickname and avatar in the App (regardless of any subsequent changes), in preparation for the tournament, its conduct, summing up its results, compiling various lists and rating lists, and for the purpose of promoting sports venues. The player waives any claims in this regard, including financial ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2. Any text, graphic information, video, and audio materials produced by the organizer during the tournament preparation and its conduct are the organizer's intellectual property. Use of these materials without the organizer's consent is permitted only for the purpose of promoting sports venues, provided such use does not imply direct financial benefit to the user. Use of these materials for commercial purposes must be approved by the organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2.1.
