Verification is a confirmation of a player's identity, which is necessary for participation in official competitions held by the Club or under its auspices.

Official tournaments assign ratings, award sporting titles, win significant titles within the gaming community, and pay out prizes. These tournaments are chronicled in the media and analytical reports. All of this is incompatible with anonymity.

Furthermore, anonymity creates ample opportunity for unfair competition, manipulation, and outright fraud. Verification, of course, doesn't provide complete protection from negative influences, but it does significantly reduce the scope for them.

Verification rules

1. Verification is a completely voluntary procedure. By expressing a desire to participate in an official tournament and requesting verification, the player confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the rules set forth below.

2. Verification is carried out in person or remotely (via electronic means of communication). Players can be verified using the first method by both the Club administration and third-party organizers. The second method is only available to the Club administration.

3. The administration may verify players at any time upon their request. Organizers may do so only during the registration process for a specific tournament.

4. To pass verification, the player must present an identity document to the administration representative (organizer). Citizenship, first and last name are recorded, and a photo is compared. Other information (series, number, date and place of issue, etc.) can be hidden.

5. The player's year of birth and region of residence are separately specified, but this information is recorded from their own words (except for minors).

6. Remote verification must take place in real time. The preferred method is a video call via Telegram (contact: @mr_volunteer). Other options are available and will be discussed on an individual basis.

7. Verification by presenting or sending a copy of a document is not permitted. The Administration (Organizer) does not make, accept, or, accordingly, store copies of documents in any form.

8. Information, other than the above, which the administration representative (organizer) could accidentally see at the time of presentation of the document, is not recorded, stored, transferred to third parties or used in any other way.

9. Verification of minors is possible from the age of seven and is conducted only with the consent and direct participation of a legal representative. The legal representative must present their own identification, as well as a document confirming the minor's identity and age (birth certificate). If there is any doubt regarding the player's verbal age or the status of the legal representative, the procedure is terminated.

10. After verification, the administration enters the above information about the player into the registry and creates a personal profile (a photo is added to the profile with the player's consent).

11. Verification is a one-time procedure. Once registered, a player only needs to introduce themselves to participate in any subsequent official tournament.
